Excellent car dealer--the sales staff (Thomas) and admin/financial wonderful young lady were so very helpful and professional. I suggest a raise in pay for each--you do not want to lose such expertise. GM: at least take them out for a big juicy steak dinner. I did the entire thing virtually and Delana in the finance department handled everything, including going way above and beyond to deliver the truck to me, like a complete pro. Your customer service could use some work. From the manager to the employees. The scowling that you do to your customers is the 1st step. These people are your paychecks. Smile, be polite. Use manners. Quit with being negative. Also, if you have a hard time getting paid from service warranties, figure it out. Don't put it on the people who paid for that product. Again, customer service!

Our truck was totaled from an accident and we had your service department look at the transmission. We feel that we get great value from both the sales department and the service department at Yellowstone Motors. In the last year or so, we have purchased three new Toyotas. All are performing perfectly, but the support and maintenance that we get from Yellowstone Toyota is just really outstanding. We feel that they are always on the lookout for ways to save us money. She’s a diligent young woman. I contacted the dealership about the truck on their website. She responded quickly assuring me it was available. It took over a month before we were able to get to the dealership to look at it and she contacted me regularly to keep me informed. Once we made the trip to see the truck she assisted us quickly and the purchasing process moved quickly. Our wait time was not bad and we are very happy with our new truck.

We have used Yellowstone service department in the past, but had yet to buy a vehicle from them. When having issues with a truck purchased in Billings, the service department was accommodating and knowledgeable about the issue. When we decided to trade the truck for a new vehicle, Kenny Parker and the sales department made that process seamless.
Got home and checked tire pressures. They ranged from 38 to 34 psi with no 2 the same. Technician left greasy fingerprints on the hood, driver door and steering wheel. The plastic engine cover where oil is added was covered with oil. I've been taking my Tundras (4 so far) to Garvin/Yellowstone since 2008. This visit was by far the worst in the last 16 years. On the positive side, the technician got the oil changed and tires rotated properly.
Kenny helped us find the vehicle we were looking for. He was cordial and fun, even showing us pictures of his new puppy! He knew all the info we needed and was very helpful. Then, Monica helped us with the financing. At one point, she mentioned the monthly payment and I knew I couldn’t afford it. She said, “I’ll be right back,” and she kept at it! She spent over two hours helping us get the payment to a reasonable place we could afford! She was amazing! Many thanks to the team at Yellowstone Motors! You are awesome!

Delana made our purchase easy. We had been looking for a Highlander for awhile, in a specific color, and because they are in such high demand, we were coming up short in all of our searches.
